Who am I? Let's start with a principle I stand by: Right is right, even if no one is doing it. Wrong is still wrong, even if almost everyone is doing it. Integrity and principles matter.

My original ambition was to become a civil engineer, but life had other plans. Still, my love for technology, and for people who build beautiful and impressive things, whether it’s structures, software, or services, has never left me.

As a Fractional CFO and Partner at Greyt, I have the privilege of delivering top-tier financial leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire. That allows me and my colleagues to work with scale-ups and start-ups in their early and exciting stages, when senior finance expertise is crucial but rarely in the budget. Let’s be honest: in most growing companies, Finance is an afterthought, somewhere behind Product, Sales, and often even People. That may not be wise, but it’s the reality we often step into.

A good CFO complements the leadership team, spots risks before they become problems, and turns challenges into opportunities. My background spans Treasury, Tax, Corporate Finance, and Financial/Business Control, strengthened by a deep interest in IT, Cyber Security, and what truly drives people.
