Even great CFOs can hit a ceiling. Sometimes it’s confidence, sometimes it’s communication, sometimes it’s about finding the balance between being helpful and truly impactful. Our Executive CFO Coaching is designed to help experienced finance professionals grow into the strategic, respected leaders their company needs — and they want to become. We help CFOs:

It’s not therapy. It’s not training. It’s a safe space for senior professionals to work on what really matters, with someone who gets the job and its challenges.
The coaching starts with a 2-hour personal kick-off session, face-to-face and off-site. Then we dive into weekly one-on-one sessions for 3 months — online or in-person — with a rhythm that works (typically 3-4 per month). Sessions can happen during office hours or in the evening (20:00–22:00), depending on what fits best.
After the first phase, you can choose to continue with monthly check-ins or a more tailored ongoing rhythm.

Training course
A 2-day deep dive into the mindset, tools, and impact of a modern CFO.
This classroom training is built around The Scale-Up CFO and helps experienced finance professionals take the next step — not just in skills, but in mindset and leadership.
Over two days, we’ll walk through all six parts of the book:
→ Day 1: Strategy, Cash & Capital, and Data
→ Day 2: People, Governance, and Business Models
Together with 10–12 peers, you’ll explore how to apply these insights in your own role and context. Expect practical frameworks, honest peer exchange, and time to reflect on your own growth as a CFO.
The group is intentionally small, the setting is off-site, and all meals are included — so you can fully focus, recharge, and leave inspired.
Training is led by Richard Veffer, author of The Scale-Up CFO and seasoned CFO to many fast-growing companies.
